O》2017 – Life Lesson Learned_4

reBlogger: 161229tko

In 2017 don’t  put temporary people in the permanent place of your Life, and don’t be afraid of removing the wrong people from the right place of your life.

If it’s your Life then it’s your right. Be bold to take any decision concerning your Life. If they call it pride, tell them it’s class. No matter the economy of the Jungle, Lions will never eat grass. Even if Education is Free, a rat will never go to the same School with a cat.
You cannot go anywhere with negative people. Negative people are like cars without fuel and engines. You can only sit in them, but they will NEVER take you anywhere. You can’t change what you see until you Learn from what you see.
Be careful whom you open up to. Only a few people care. The rest just want to have something to gossip about. Some people come into your Life like a dark storming night. When the storm is over and the sun rises it becomes a beautiful day.
Make  beautiful days in your life this festive season by removing the “Storms” in your Life. May God be with you, guide you and protect you. Amen.

O》2017 – Chromium & Blood Sugar Control

~~~~~reBlogger: 161229tko~~~~~
“Missing Mineral” Key to Lasting Weight Loss?
In today’s world, commercial farming strips the soil of many of the minerals you need to maintain a healthy weight.
One of these missing minerals helps keep your blood sugar in check.
And when you’re not getting enough, your blood sugar “spikes” after a meal, and can stay dangerously high for hours.
Once you have high blood sugar, you become stuck in a vicious cycle: high blood sugar causes you to crave carbohydrates and simple sugars in large quantities.
Your body gets used to having a certain level of sugar in your bloodstream. When it dips, you go into a “sugar crash.” You suddenly feel like you’re starving – you may even start shaking – and you reach for anything that gives you a good blood sugar rush.
And it’s usually not a healthy, well-balanced meal, is it? Instead it’s that handy bag of chips just waiting to be torn open and devoured, or even a leftover bit of Halloween candy stashed in the back of your freezer.
You can probably guess binge moments like these are a killer for your waistline.
But that’s not all. Once you’ve given in to your cravings, you’ve just added even more sugar to your bloodstream. So, not only are you overeating between your regular meals, all that extra sugar in your body turns into fat – FAST.
Now here’s the good news.
Once you’re able to control your sudden onset cravings, you’ll have NO DESIRE to binge eat pints of sweet, simple sugars. And then you’ll finally be able to really start losing weight and keeping it off.
Of course, the only way to do that is to regulate your blood sugar.
And there’s a simple way to do that.
It’s a “missing mineral” that helps you melt fat, curb your cravings, and bring your blood sugar under control.
Your Secret to Keeping Healthy Blood Sugar
Thankfully, this vicious cycle can be cured naturally.
Diabetes research over the past 50 years has made multiple breakthroughs regarding substances that naturally help regulate blood sugar.
One of the biggest weight loss breakthroughs is the mineralchromium.
Slim WaistlineYou need this mineral in trace amounts to improve your body’s response to insulin, which helps your body maintain normal blood sugar levels.
Improving your body’s response to insulin also means you can burn fat for energy, instead of storing it around your middle.
This is great news for your waistline.
Chromium controls your appetite, especially cravings for sweets. It also has the ability to carry protein where your body needs it most. This helps you lose fat while building lean muscle mass.
About 10 years ago, Dr. Gil Kaats and a team of researchers from the Health and Medical Research Foundation and the University of Texas Health Science Center studied over 150 people to see if they would lose fat just from taking chromium.
They split them into three groups. One group received a placebo (dummy pill). The other two groups received chromium. Keep in mind that the participants were told not to change anything about their diet, exercise habits or how much they ate. In essence, they were allowed to do whatever they wanted.
After three months, the group taking the placebo showed no changes.
The chromium groups lost between 3.4 and 4.6 pounds of body fat.
In addition, the chromium groups gained an average of 1.4 pounds of pure muscle.
Not Bad for Doing Absolutely Nothing!
The sooner you normalize the sugar in your blood, the sooner you’ll quit craving simple sugars that your body doesn’t need – and the sooner you’ll start to lose weight.
As you probably guessed, most people don’t get nearly enough chromium. The government’s listed Adequate Intake (AI) of chromium runs between 20 mcg and 45 mcg for adults (dependent on gender, age and conditions like pregnancy).
That’s actually a relatively low amount of chromium. It’s simply not enough for getting your blood sugar back under control. In fact, if you get more than 35% of your calories from simple sugars, your body is excreting most of your chromium as soon as you get it.
This means your body is having an even harder time getting your blood sugar back to normal. It’s just another part of that vicious cycle.
How to Get Chromium In Your Diet Quickly and Easily
There are plenty of apparent ways to get your recommended (low) dose of chromium. A half-cup of broccoli has 11 mcg of chromium. A cup of grape juice has 8 mcg. Grape juice, garlic and egg yolks are good sources. You’ll also find most multivitamins have chromium in them.
Read Vitamins LabelBut there’s a BIG problem with just eating these chromium-rich foods or even taking a multivitamin – and there’s little you can do about it.
According to the Office of Dietary Supplements, your intestinal tract only absorbs between 0.4% and 2.5% of the chromium you take in. If you look at the dose of chromium in one of your multivitamins, you’ll understand now why it’s nearly 200% or more of the daily recommended value.
Trying to get even the low daily dose of chromium the “regular” way through healthy foods or a multivitamin is practically useless.
Fortunately there’s an easier way to give your body the chromium it needs:
Bypass your digestive tract!
And the fastest way we’ve found to do that is through an oral spray, likeThinMist™.
When you use ThinMist™ for your daily dose of sugar-regulating chromium, this “magical mineral” hits your bloodstream in under 30 seconds.
You’ll never have to worry about getting the chromium you need for healthy blood sugar levels again.
More importantly, you’ll finally have the key to ending those sugar cravings and breaking free from the vicious weight loss cycle that’s keeping you trapped in fat.
I have a file drawer (and an email folder) full of letters and emails from my readers who changed their lives, and finally hit their ideal weight using this chromium “delivery breakthrough.”
ThinMist bottle
I believe it will help you, too.
O》2017 – 5 Tips for Working Well With Your Spouse
reBlogger: 161227tko (@lorenridinger)
Twenty four years ago my husband, JR and I started a business together. And, today it’s incredibly successful, it’s our family business and I love getting to work with him each and every day. But, that doesn’t mean it hasn’t been tough or it hasn’t had its ups and downs over the years. Being in a romantic relationship and working together day in and day out can be a real challenge.
It’s a lot of time together and it’s tough to leave the challenges of the business at the office – sometimes your business relationship and your romantic relationship bleed into one – and that can be hard. But, if you can find your groove and make it work, getting the chance to be in business and love together is an incredible gift – and I am happy to say that we love it. From making our schedules work for our family to finding a work life balance that keeps us happy, here are five tips on how to work well with your spouse.
#1. Recognize your strengths and weaknesses. This is an important one to keep in mind so that you can divide and conquer the tasks at hand. When you know where each of your strengths lay, you’re able to focus on the business and be sure you’re working toward a successful outcome.
#2. Leave work at the office when you head home. This is one of the most difficult tasks there is when it comes to running a business with your significant other. But having separation of your personal and professional life is key when it comes to making sure you’re successful on both fronts. Even though it might be a challenge, when you walk out of the office and into your home, be sure you let it go and focus on your family and your relationship.
#3. Be trusting and loving both at work and at home. When it comes having faith in your partner it’s more important than ever if you work together too. Running a business together means there’s going to be some tough decisions ahead. There will be successful moments, but there will also be trying times and having trust in one another will help get you through even the most difficult periods.
#4. Be ready to work as a team. Tackling big challenges together is one of the best reasons for being entrepreneurs together. Learning to operate as a team will help you be stronger both as a couple and business partners – making for a lifetime of success on both fronts.
#5. Be open with your goals and dreams.Knowing what you both want out of your personal and professional life will not only help you both get there, but you’ll also be able to support one another along the way – making you that much closer to achieving your dreams. That’s the ultimate destination, after all – seeing your love and your passions come to fruition. When you get there, it’s a feeling that you’ll never forget.
Have you thought about working together or building a business with your spouse? What scares you about it and what excites you about it?
Journey across Canada by train.
A young lady sat in a train. At the next stop a loud and grumpy old lady came and sat by her. She squeezed into the seat and bumped her with her numerous bags.
The person sitting on the other side of the young lady got upset, asked her why she did not speak up and say something.
The young lady responded with a smile:
“It is not necessary to be rude or argue over something so insignificant, the journey together is so short. I get off at the next stop.”
This response deserves to be written in golden letters:
“It is not necessary to argue over something so insignificant, our journey together is so short”
If each one of us realized that our time here is so short; that to darken it with quarrels, futile arguments, not forgiving others, discontentment and a fault finding attitude would be a waste of time and energy.
Did someone break your heart?
Be calm, the journey is so short.
Did someone betray, bully, cheat or humiliate you?
Be calm, forgive, the journey is so short.
Whatever troubles anyone brings us, let us remember that our journey together is so short.
No one knows the duration of this journey. No one knows when their stop will come. Our journey together is so short.
Let us cherish friends and family. Let us be respectful, kind and forgiving to each other. Let us be filled with gratitude and gladness.
If I have ever hurt you, I ask for your forgiveness. If you have ever hurt me, you already have my forgiveness.
After all, our journey together is so short!
Merry Christmas!! Happy New Years!! ~~~~~~reBlogger: 161226tko~~~~~~
2016 – We are real
The dog is not pretending when it barks, it’s the dog’s nature to bark.
The lion roars as the king of the forest no matter what the elephant and other wild animals think or look like. Boldness is its innate tendency.
Whether the lion is able to hunt and kill its prey or not, it is still a lion and the king of the jungle.
So, don’t tell me to ‘get serious and be real’ when i declare the word of God and speak in the superlative.
We’re not pretending when we talk and walk as gods.
Psalm. 82:6
It’s our nature and our divine heritage to rule and reign as kings in this life.
Keep saying it,
Don’t stop talking it,
O》2017: How to Leave the Past Behind
Ready for 2017: How to Leave the Past Behind
Look at your past and come face-to-face with the things you’re clinging on to. Sometimes facing things head on is the name of the game – even if it means looking at things that make you sad or angry. When you face what’s bothering you, you’re given an amazing opportunity to take it all in and simply part ways with whatever has been dragging you down. Breathe in those bad memories or experiences one last time and make the decision to put them in a bubble and watch them float away.
Move on from people who are dragging you down. If someone or some people have made you feel less than the wonderful person you know you are, it’s time to change who you spend your time with. Sometimes this can be really tough. We’re connected to people for many reasons and in many ways and letting go is one of the biggest challenges in life. But, on the flip side, surrounding yourself with wonderful people who lift you up rather than drag you down will bring you straight to living in and enjoying the present.
Come to grips with facing yourself. The most difficult person to confront out there is yourself – no matter if it’s time to face the reality of a situation or it’s time to pick yourself up and get back out there. We are often our own worst enemy. Blaming ourselves for the situation we’ve created, things we’ve said and people we’ve hurt or even not allowing ourselves to enjoy everything life has to offer is no way to live life to the fullest. Once you come head on with your own insecurities and demons, the clarity of how to repair or renew the situation will be right in front of you.
Forgive those who need forgiving. One of the keys to living in the present is truly letting go of emotions that are holding you back. Often, those emotions are connected to a person who let you down at some point. The power of forgiveness has unmatched capabilities, giving you the chance to free your heart so that it can be open to accepting new love and relationships. If you’ve been held back by not being able to let go, it’s time to step up, step forward, forgive and move on. You’ll be amazed at how incredible it feels.
Living in the present rather than clinging to the past is an amazing gift – one that’s absolutely worth giving yourself. Do you think you can take these steps to make living in the present your new reality?
O》2016 – A Couples Creed
 1. There is nothing that threatens the security of a wife than the thought of another woman competing for the attention and affection of her husband. Nothing is more painful. Nothing is more disrespecting. Nothing is more insulting. Nothing is more belittling and degrading.
 2. Marriage flourishes when the couple work together as a team; when both husband and wife decide that winning together is more important than keeping score.
 Good marriages don’t just happen. They are a product of hard work.
 3. Your children are watching you and forming lasting opinions on love, commitment, and marriage based on what they see in you. Give them hope. Make them look forward to marriage.
 4. Husbands: The reason why other women look attractive is because someone is taking good care of them. Grass is always green where it is watered. Instead of drooling over the green grass on the other side of the fence, work on yours and water it regularly. Any man can admire a beautiful woman, but it takes a true gentleman to make a woman admirable and beautiful.
 5. When a husband puts his wife first above everyone and everything except God, it gives his wife the sense of security and honor that every wife hungers for.
 6. A successful marriage doesn’t require a big house, a perfect spouse, a million dollars or an expensive car. You can have all the above and still have a miserable marriage. A successful marriage requires honesty, undying commitment and selfless love and Jesus at the center of it all.
 7. Pray for your spouse every day; in the morning, in the afternoon and at evening. Don’t wait until there is a problem. Don’t wait until there is an affair. Don’t wait until something bad happens. Don’t wait until your spouse is tempted. Shield your spouse with prayer and cover your marriage with the fence of prayer.
 8. The people you surround yourself with have a lot of influence on your marriage. Friends can build or break your marriage; choose them wisely.
 9. One spouse cannot build a marriage alone when the other spouse is committed to destroying it. Marriage works when both husband and wife work together as a team to build their marriage.
 10. Don’t take your spouse for granted. Don’t take advantage of your spouse’s meekness and goodness. Don’t mistake your spouse’s loyalty for desperation. Don’t misuse or abuse your spouse’s trust. You may end up regretting after losing someone that meant so much to you.
 11. Beware of marital advice from single people. Regardless of how sincere their advice may be, most of it is theoretical and not derived from real life experiences. If you really need Godly advice, seek it from God-fearing, impartial and prayerful mature couples whose resolve has been tested by time and shaped by trials.
 12. Dear wife, Don’t underestimate the power of the tongue on your marriage. The tongue has the power to crush your marriage or build it up. Don’t let the Devil use your tongue to kill your spouse’s image, self-confidence and aspirations. Let God use your tongue to build up your marriage and bless and praise your spouse.
