Ingredients :

  1. Ginger root – Helps speed up your metabolism and eliminates unwanted parts of your body.
  2. Lemon – Burns fat, great antioxidant
  3. Garlic – Improves blood circulation and detoxifies body.
  4. Green tea (Guava/Moringa/Avocado) leaf-

Method:

Grate ginger and garlic, add lemon juice and there after cut the lemon pieces. Put all in a pan. Add 1 litre or 4 cups of boiled water, boil for 5 minutes, Add 3 spoons of the KK Garden Uganda green leaf tea for let it boil for another 5 minutes. Sieve and put in a flask. You can add organic natural honey in case the taste is not comfortable.
